OVERVIEW

Project Brief

Students in the Design2Data (D2D) research program @ UC Davis collect data on enzymes and submit their calculations to a growing database. However, not all network members have access to software that automatically calculates the needed rates from raw data.

Our Goal

Manually calculating and inputting data leaves room for human error. What if there was a way to automate it?

What I Did

Our task was to develop a web application aimed at streamlining the calculation of enzyme reaction rates and generating graphs from student-generated data.
